CARLA MARIA LOPEZ ABELLO
She has more than twenty-five years of local and international experience in project assessment, real estate valuation, feasibility studies, and expertise. She began her professional career in Urban Planning at the Ministry of Housing, working later as Architect and Director of INAC’s Historical Heritage, as consultant for international organizations, and as Director of Assessments and Consulting at CBRE Panama and Regional Director of Market Research by CBRE Global Research. Has attended prestigious local and international clients, in Spanish and English.
She is a graduate of the University of Panama, with an MA in Urban History from the Polytechnic University of Catalonia, Barcelona, and a Postgraduate Degree in Environmental Impact Assessment at USMA, Panama. He is an associate member of the Appraisal Insitute and Valuadora Panamericana (UPAV); Has chaired the Panamanian Institute of Valuations and Expertise, served as a member of the Board of Directors of Fundación Natura, APEDE and currently chairs the Panama Green Building Council.
